How often:
Day: 2 white tablets as necessary Night: 2 blue tablets Maximum of 4 day & 2 night tablets in 24 hours.
When to stop:
Adults stop after 3 days. Children stop after 48 hours except on medical advice.
Do not use:
For children under 12 years
If you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients
If you have taken paracetamol
If you are taking antidepressants
If you have taken antihistamines
If blister foil is broken.
Pseudoephedrine may cause sleeplessness in some people. Night medication may cause drowsiness. If affected do not drive a vehicle or operate Machinery. Avoid alcohol.

Indications
Temporary relief from the symptoms of colds and flu. 'Day' tablet relieves runny nose, nasal congestion, headache, body aches and pains, and fever. 'Night' tablet relieves runny blocked nose, pain and fever, headache and sneezing.
Dosage
2 day tablets morning and afternoon and 2 night tablets at night time.
Contraindications
Children under 12 years, Hypersensitivity, Severe hypertension or coronary artery disease, Monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs), other medicines containing Paracetamol or Antihistamines, Narrow-angle glaucoma, Stenosing peptic ulcer, Symptomatic prostatic hypertrophy, Bladder neck obstruction, Pyloroduodenal obstruction.
Precautions
Prolonged or extensive use, Pregnancy (Cat B2), Lactation, May enhance CNS depressants, Chronic alcoholism, Impaired hepatic function, Impaired renal function, Overdosage with paracetamol if left untreated can result in severe, sometimes fatal liver damage and rarely, acute renal tubular necrosis.
Adverse Reactions
Sleeplessness, Drowsiness, Hypertension.
